In summer, haymilk cows graze on lush green pastures where plenty of sunshine makes the grass rich and fills the herbs with aromatic flavours; in the cold season they are fed sun-dried hay and whole grain food – free from fermented silage. This natural variety provides haymilk with its unique aroma – which is eventually also found in our haymilk cheese. One more thing that is very important in cheese production: the milk's high quality allows us to produce haymilk cheese entirely without the use of any additives and preservatives..

Creamy and mild fresh cheese made of pasteurised cow's milk – perfect for preparing savoury starters and hors d'oeuvres or sweet desserts. Various kinds of Happy Cow fresh cheese are produced from fresh milk of the day, using gentle procedures; they are characterised by their smooth texture and fresh, mild and creamy taste.
